Hi,
Today has been an uneventful day. Ken is more relaxed.
They did wake June up this morning and they gave her a breathing test with the respirator still in her throat. They needed to see if her lungs were strong enough and clear enough for her to breath on her own. They determined they are Okay. So tomorrow they will try again to take out the respirator and get her to breathe on her own. Hopefully it will not be a repeat of the previous ordeal.
They have inserted a 'filter' into the main artery where the blood comes up from the legs. It is to prevent any more clots getting into her lungs or heart.
Today they are letting her rest up for tomorrow morning. Send an extra prayer so all goes well tomorrow.
