New photo albums uploaded and more coming

We are excited to have Dan and Vicki Voorhees join the blog family by sharing many of their photo albums. The first album from Grand Chapter in June is up now and accessible on the sidebar under Photo Albums. There will be more albums available soon, so keep checking back for more. Thanks for doing this Dan and Vicki!

Also, there are photos of Analia and Doric's Craft Fair. Analia is in charge of the vendors, raffles and bake sale and Doric is in charge of the Starlight Cafe. Pictures are from today, Friday, Nov. 27th. We will also be open from 10 to 4 tomorrow, so if you're in the area come on down to the Edmonds Masonic Center and pick out a few presents for your friends and family and have some delicious food.

Why isn't that on the blog yet?

Are we missing some events - honor nights, receptions, OVs, fundraisers - that you think should be on the blog? Is there something that hasn't appeared on the calendar yet? Why isn't your invitation in the list on the sidebar?

The answers is simple: because we don't have the information to post!

Unfortunately, we can't be at all the functions with our trusty digital cameras and sometimes we have to wait for others to get us pictures and reports.

If you want something to appear on the blog or calendar, you need to send it to us at oeswashingtonblog@gmail.com . Email us pictures and reports. Tell us how many people were there and who did what. Was there special entertainment or anything else notable?

From the comments we've had about the blog, everyone enjoys the stories, pictures and calendar, but we need your assistance to keep them up to date.

So put on your reporter caps and send us information. Don't worry about us getting the information from more than one source. We'll figure it out - just get us the scoop!

HELP!!

Sometimes we need your help. We can't make it to all the OV's, Honor Nights, events, fundraisers, lunches, dinners, etc. We need for you to tell us about the ones we miss. Even if you don't have photos to e-mail us, at least send us a description of what happened and we'll post it on the blog.

It's fun to see what's happening in Chapters around the state. If you have something to report, please e-mail it to us.

Publishing invitations to events

We now have the capability of attaching a copy of invitations to your receptions, honor nights, fundraisers, special events or any other OES related events to the calendar. To do this we need you to email us a copy of the invitation as a Word document.

Send the documents to our email account at oeswashingtonblog@gmail.com and we'll get them onto the calendar for you.
