On Friday, June 1, Brother Al, Sister Terry, Sister Sheryl and I
pulled into Train Station #10 in Des Moines, where we welcomed on board Sister MARY
BETH SHORT of Juanita Chapter, who we announced as the new Westside
Chairman for the 2017-18 Flight Instructor deputy
instructors. Sister Mary Beth’s escort will be her sister, Laurie
Short. Our current Westside Chairman, Lynn Tebbutt, and seven Past Deputy
Chairmen enjoyed the meeting, along with the many members in attendance.
We also enjoyed celebrating Juanita Chapter’s 95th birthday!
It was a fun night for all!
