The officers lead by WM Mary Linker and WP PT John Hodkinson, did a wonderful job of opening the meeting and leading us through introductions and the business. John would probably have done a wonderful job of the initiation, but instead he opted to turn the job of both Worthy Patron and Associate Patron over to Worthy Grand Patron Dennis Okicich. He had a good reason - Janna is the sister of Jill Okicich. This was a very special initiation for Jill and Dennis.
Jill was especially proud of her sister and enjoyed welcoming her into the Order. And yes, there were tears!
It was a wonderful evening and Gerry and I made it home through the pass before the snow started! Whew!
