New Grand Representative

I went to Malden Chapter on February 12^th to present the Grand Representative commission to North Dakota so sister JoAnn Morgan. Although she was unable to be there, those present were thrilled and excited with the appointment. We all wrote notes of congratulations on valentine cards so she will have the well wishes of everyone present.
