Tonight our hummingbird landed on the tall tree at Cedar Chapter
and announced Kathleen Mitchell as the new Grand Esther for 2016-2017. Her
escort will be Clarence Mitchell. There were 4 Past grand Esther's there
to welcome her, along with 7 past Grand Matron's and 1 Past Grand Patron.
