Over 100 people enjoyed great hors d'oeuvres served by very attentive Boy Scouts and then a delicious roast beef dinner also served the the Boy Scouts.
After dinner the Boy Scouts entertained us with a ceremony saluting the flag by showing us a variety of US flags from the beginning of our country.
It was a very impressive presentation and everyone was happy to provide some extra donations so the Boy Scouts can go back to Washington, D.C. this summer for their annual convention.
After dinner there were presentations to the honored guests including the WGM, WGP, Gr. Treasurer Marcia Haukaas and Gr. Adah Kristine Ford. There were also lots of door prizes, although many of us thing they were fixed since so many of them went to honored guests! All in all, it was a wonderful evening filled with good friends and fellowship.
