On Thursday, June 1, Brother Al, Sister Terry, Sister
Sheryl and I pulled into Train Station #9 in Mount Vernon, where we had the
pleasure of announcing Sister LAUREL JACOBS of Mount Baker
Chapter as the new Grand Electa for the 2017-18 Dancing Lights
Grand Family. Sister Laurel’s escort will be her husband, Dave
Jacobs. Seven Past Grand Electa’s enjoyed the meeting along with the many
members in attendance. It was a fun night for all!
We were also honored to be present for the Eastern Star Memorial
Service for Sister Sonja Doran. Several members of her family and friends
were in attendance for the service, which was lovingly performed by the members
of Mount Baker Chapter.
